1. Service Agreements

All services are provided under a written proposal, contract, or agreement.
Once a service plan is purchased, the client is deemed to have accepted the terms of
engagement.

2. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of services by sending a written notice to our official email.
Cancellation requests will be effective only after acknowledgment from our team.
In case of prepaid or ongoing services, work already completed will be billed and deducted from
any eligible refund.

3. Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Services: Due to the nature of SEO, digital marketing, and advertising,
payments made towards setup fees, strategy development, campaign execution, or third-party
ad spends (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) are non-refundable.
Partial Refunds: If services are canceled mid-term, refunds may be considered on a pro-rata
basis for unutilized portions, excluding administrative or setup charges.
No Guarantee Clause: SEO and digital marketing depend on multiple external factors (e.g.,
search engine algorithms, competition, user behavior). While we ensure best practices, we do
not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or conversions. Refund claims based on “lack of results”
are not entertained.

4. Payment Disputes
Any billing or payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of invoice issuance.
Disputes raised after this period will not be eligible for review or refunds.

5. Third-Party Costs
Payments made to third-party platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or hosting providers)
are subject to their respective refund and cancellation policies.
GoSEO Expert is not responsible for refunding these charges.
