3. Payments & Fees
All services are subject to agreed pricing and payment terms.

Payments once made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate and complete information required for campaigns.
Grant access to necessary platforms (website, analytics, social media, etc.).
Ensure that any content provided does not violate copyright, trademarks, or applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property
All strategies, reports, and materials created by GoSEO Expert remain intellectual property of
the company until full payment is received.
Clients retain ownership of their website, trademarks, and proprietary data.

6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information, trade secrets, or business data shared
during the engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability
We strive for the best results but do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue, as SEO
and digital marketing depend on third-party platforms (e.g., Google, social media).
GoSEO Expert shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as per the agreement.
Upon termination, pending dues must be cleared immediately.

9. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools, software, or platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media networks). We are
not responsible for downtime, errors, or issues caused by these third parties.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of
courts in New Delhi, India.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes
acceptance of the revised terms.
